A service dapartment that replaces the computer center.

Department Affiliation

The department is administratively linked directly to the University President and operates at the level of an administrative department.

Staff Members

The department includes 14 faculty members and employees within its organizational structure, distributed across five administrative divisions and units.

Department Establishment

The department was established in 2019 after obtaining approval from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

This division is responsible for maintaining all systems and computer devices across the university. It also provides software systems and solutions for the university’s various departments.

This division conducts development courses in computer, internet, and various fields of technology. The courses are offered to university staff as well as personnel from other institutions.

This unit oversees, develops, and maintains the university’s official website, in addition to providing electronic services such as email services and more.

This unit is responsible for detecting the plagiarism in scientific research papers and preparing reports using internationally accredited electronic software.

This unit is responsible for receiving, verifying, and following up on all procedures related to electronic certificate equivalency requests at our university.

Our Services

Turnitin Plagiarism Detection Program

This program helps researchers calculate the electronic plagiarism percentage in their papers before and after submission for publication, to ensure compliance with the allowed limits set by the Ministry’s guidelines.

Email and GSuite Service

The Computing Department provides a package of free services to faculty members and administrative staff, including institutional email along with various Google Suite services.

Moodle is considered one of the most important e-learning platforms adopted globally, as it provides a fully integrated educational environment that facilitates communication between faculty members and students.
